    Summarize your expertise in greater detail Tom has brought over 15 years of experience in the multimedia industry to MultiVu. Tom started his webcasting experience as a lead project manager for MediaOnDemand, a leading webcasting and multimedia company, in 1995. At MediaOnDemand, Tom was responsible for all aspects of webcast and multimedia solutions including strategic planning to production and implementation. He oversaw projects for diverse organizations, including the United Nations, Microsoft, The American Stock Exchange, UBS Paine Webber, Napster and Intel Corporation. During his 7 years at MediaOnDemand, Tom helped grow the company from four people to just under one hundred employees and ultimately helped to facilitate the sale of the company to On Stream Media in February 2002. After the sale of the company, Tom co-founded X-Factor Communications, an enterprise communications company, in 2004 where he stayed until joining MultiVu. He is currently responsible for developing new webcasting and multimedia solutions for existing and new PR Newswire members. Tom’s background is in production and multimedia development. He has experience in producing for television and films and has served as the executive producer on many large scale live webcasts. He has coordinated global productions with origination points across four different continents, and has produced a webcast that originated from Mt. Everest.

    Recently, Tom has developed and manages the Blogger Media Tour product for MultiVu. The "BMT" allows bloggers to interview specific brand spokespeople or experts and have videos of the interviews embedded in to the bloggers content.
