It's easy to be fooled into thinking that the tech game is nothing more than a glorified boys club. All too often popular culture has led us to believe that technology is for scrawny, nerdy guys. This couldn't be further from the truth. The truth is that technology doesn't solely exist in the form of university lab supercomputers anymore. In fact, most people are walking around with a supercomputer on them right this minute in the form of a smartphone.

It's not a man or woman issue anymore. It's an everybody issue.
