The operative word in the name The Truth About Cars is on the one hand cars, yes. But, truth also comes into play quite a bit over here. Put another way, this blog is going to tell the truth about which cars they like as well as which cars they don't like. Whatever they're doing over there is clearly working. The Truth About Cars was recently named one of "The Best Blogs of 2011" by TIME Magazine. That's not Best Car Blog, by the way. That's best blog.

I have to think The Truth About Cars was deemed worthy of this distinction on account of the trust they've built with their readers. They're here to help. They will write a scathing review of a car if necessary. It's not cause they're jerks. They're not. They just love cars. And they know their readers do, too. This blog isn't about to lead anyone down the wrong road.
