Attention all car freaks, racing junkies, speed fiends and apex animals, here's hoping you're already reading the automotive blog Speed:Sport:Life. Cause if it's anything automotive they have an opinion about it.

Founded by Zerin Dube and Nick Salvatore, Speed:Sport:Life is an enthusiast-oriented site, focusing primarily on performance cars. They will, however, occasionally dabble in more "everyday" stuff from the perspective of somebody who might need a more practical car, but still values the driving experience.

According to contributor Byron Hurd, "We drive and review trucks people might want to tow their race cars, SUVs for people with families, and even sedans for those who don't want to be miserable on the way to work, but also don't want to park their Porsches in front of the office."

Speed:Sport:Life began as Dupspeed Driven, a car blog out of Houston Texas. Over time, the blog branched out to cover different models and makes and everything else automotive.

But this isn't just done behind desks on computer monitors. The Speed:Sport:Life crew hit the pavement for their site and readers. They're a fixture at the annual North American International Auto Show in Detroit, and cover similar shows in New York and Chicago as well.  Most weekends you can find them literally on pavement, testing out the various cars they review. And you can always tell they're having a great time doing it.
