Thomas Parry, PhD, is president of the Integrated Benefits Institute(IBI), a national nonprofit organization that provides employers and their supplier partners with resources to demonstrate the business value of health. IBI’s programs, resources and expert networks advance understanding of the financial impact of lost time and lost productivity. Dr. Parry is heavily involved in IBI's research programs and speaks on integrated benefits and health and productivity issues at conferences and symposia in the United States and internationally.
