As CEO of The Good Search, Krista Bradford is a leading expert in the field of executive search and recruitment. Her unique perspective is informed by her earlier career as an award-winning investigative reporter and television journalist. She uses those same investigative skills to uncover top talent others miss and to deliver game-changing hires. In fact, the Office of the CTO of Microsoft approached Krista to recruit for them after reading an article she'd written detailing one of her gumshoe methods. She has been a featured speaker at numerous recruiting industry conferences by ERE.net and Kennedy Information and in webinars by HR.com and Dice. Her blog, “The Investigative Recruiter“, is counted among the recruiting industry’s Top 20 blogs.
She offers analysis and commentary on a wide rage of topics relevant to employers and to job seekers, as well as executives seeking to optimize their careers. Topics include virtually every issue that touches "jobs, jobs, jobs' including executive search, employment, unemployment, diversity, succession planning. She frequently shares heartfelt advice for job seekers on how to land one's next job and on how not to ruin your chances of getting hired. See http://www.thegoodsearchll...
