Sean D. Foreman is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Barry University. He is co-editor of The Roads to Congress 2010 (Lexington Press, 2011) where he wrote about the 2010 midterm elections and about Marco Rubio’s election to the U.S. Senate, and co-editor of The Roads to Congress 2012 (Lexington Press, 2013) in which he wrote about the Florida District 26 campaign (Rivera v.
