Randy Clarkson serves as President of the Transamerica Employee Benefits (TEB) marketing unit of Transamerica Life Insurance Company, a leading employee benefits provider specializing in life and supplemental health benefits. Clarkson’s leadership role includes direct oversight of sales, marketing, business development, and channel management activities. Over the past seven years, he has successfully built strategic distribution relationships across the independent agent channel, small group agent channel, union and association channel and benefit consultants.
