      Summary of expertise:
      Nina Burghard is the senior vice president of financial services and operations for the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. Burghard oversees the museum’s financial operations, including financial statement analysis; company-wide and departmental budget and cash flow preparation and analysis; and forecasting. She also oversees the Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, Maintenance Department and Operations Department - including operational setups, housekeeping and security - to ensure a safe, clean and accessible environment for museum visitors and staff.

      Prior to her joining the museum in 1998, Burghard spent a decade with Arthur Anderson LLP. She was responsible for managing over 13 clients concurrently, whose businesses ranged from healthcare, regulated utilities, insurance, publishing, retail, benefit plans and not-for-profit organizations. Her experience includes business combinations and acquisitions, preparation of proforma results, internal controls assessments and cash flow analysis.
      Nina is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she serves as a past president of the Tennessee Chapter and past chairman of the Industry Committee.
      Educational background:
      Burghard holds a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a certified public accountant.
