Matt Medeiros serves as the President & CEO of SonicWALL. Since joining SonicWALL, he has steered the company in growth through an aggressive acquisition strategy, positioning SonicWALL as a leader in the Unified Threat Management industry for both SMB & Enterprise organizations. He has driven international growth & elevated SonicWALL as the new alternative vendor to high priced complex network solutions. Prior to SonicWALL, he served as President & CEO of Philips Components. As the chief architect of the liquid crystal display (LCD) joint venture between Philips Electronics & LG Electronics, he established Philips as a leader in flat displays. Before Philips, Mr. Medeiros was VP & General Manager for the Optical Polymers Group, & VP of business development for the Electronic Materials division of AlliedSignal. He also has extensive background in PC manufacturing, operations & materials management following executive positions at Radius, NeXT Computer and Apple Computer. |
