Your Query Inbox
Your Query Inbox is where you can access to all your ProfNet queries. You can view the status of a query (pending, active and inactive) and can re-send or turn it off here.
To turn off a query, check off the box to the left of the query and then on the “Make Selected Queries Inactive” box at the bottom:
You’ll then find the query in your Inactive folder. Please note: Queries that are made inactive will be deleted from the system after 30 days.
To re-send a query, just check off the box to the left of the query and then click on the “Resend Query” box at the bottom. You will have the opportunity to edit the query before sending:
