ATLANTA: PRSA Georgia presents "Connecting to Your Digitally Disconnected Employees," Thursday, July 12, from 9:30 to 11 a.m., at Maggiano’s Buckhead. NEW YORK: CUNY Graduate School of Journalism presents "An Introduction to HTML and CSS for Use in the Newsroom," Thursday, July 12, at 7 p.m., at CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. Josh Williams, multimedia producer at the New York Times, will teach you how to hand-code basic Web pages from scratch, discuss best practices, general design concepts and how all of this works inside a larger framework, like a newsroom CMS. No prior HTML or CSS knowledge is required, though strong computer literacy is. Details
