As President and CEO of Civility Experts Worldwide, Lew has opportunity to help organizations and businesses across a range of sectors build better businesses by incorporating civility solutions to diminish the tangible costs of rudeness in the workplace. In her public speaking and training workshops, Lew emphasizes her personal philosophy that “civility is its own reward” and she encourages people to bring their best selves to every conversation, every interaction and every opportunity. In addition to head office locations in Canada, Civility Experts Worldwide includes affiliate offices in 12 countries around the globe.
