For the past 15 years Lew has been nationally recognized as Canada’s leading expert on civility in the workplace. As President and CEO of Civility Experts Worldwide, Lew has opportunity to help organizations and businesses across a range of sectors build better businesses by incorporating civility solutions to diminish the tangible costs of rudeness in the workplace. In her public speaking and training workshops, Lew emphasizes her personal philosophy that “civility is its own reward” and she encourages people to bring their best selves to every conversation, every interaction and every opportunity. In addition to head office locations in Canada, Civility Experts Worldwide includes affiliate offices in 12 countries around the globe. The expert team provides comprehensive civility assessment and organizational culture evaluation services, training professionalism, communication, civility, social intelligence, building social capital, civility initiatives for home, community, school, and business, and a range of training toolkits as well as Train the Trainer programs. Currently working closely with Dr. Cindy Clark and Dr. Eric Landrum from Boise State University on the pilot application of the Organizational Civility Scale (OCS) a ground-breaking civility in the workplace assessment tool. Currently President and CEO of multi-national training company headquartered in Canada with affiliates in 12 countries world-wide. Manages daily operations, international affiliate development, and delivery of over 150 workshops and presentations annually.
