With more than 20 years of professional nonprofit fundraising, marketing and public relations experience, Kathleen began working with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation in early 2001 and helped lead its transition to becoming an independent charity in 2005, at which time she was chosen to be the executive director. In late 2012, the Foundation’s Board of Directors appointed Kathleen as chief executive officer based on the success and rapid growth of the Foundation under her leadership. Before joining the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Kathleen worked at the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles as the director of major gifts for 6 years.
