In addition, he has extensive experience assisting attorneys and their clients by providing litigation support and expert testimony, primarily as it may relate to valuation, classification and other financial issues associated with family law and general civil disputes.

Jeff is a certified public accountant licensed in DC, MD and VA; a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals; and has earned his certification as an Accredited Personal Financial Specialist (APFS) as well as the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation.
He serves as a Board Member and the Co-Chair of Finance of The National Fund for the U.S. Botanic Garden; he is a Board Member and Treasurer for Building Bridges Across the River, Inc.; and, in addition, Jeff is a Trustee of the John Edward Fowler Memorial Foundation, and a Board Member of the Aronson Foundation, a charitable grantor organization.
Jeff graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in 1973 and earned his Juris Doctorate from George Washington Universitys National Law Center in 1978.
