      Summary of expertise:
      Holland is the director of ChemStewards® at the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates, the only U.S. trade association serving 200+ specialty chemical companies, small and large. ChemStewards is a program that facilitates the continuous improvement in environmental, health, safety and security (EHS&S) performance of the batch, custom and specialty chemical industry. In this role, Holland regularly communicates with member representatives to assure understanding, acceptance and compliance with ChemStewards. He has also developed partnerships and affinity programs with commercial, industry and governmental representatives including Chartis insurance, 3E Company, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration and U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The majority of Holland’s 25 year career has been spent in the chemical industry, including positions with BASF and Sandoz Agro.
