Gregory Norris is an internationally known expert and visionary in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) focusing on environment and social impact. He co-founded Earthster with the goal to simplify the process for companies to determine the environmental and social implications their products have on people and the earth. For the past 10 years, his work has centered on applied sustainability, risk analysis and modeling to improve product life cycle prediction. Norris is the founder of Sylvatica Institute, a LCA consulting company, with client list including the United Nations, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and non-profits. He is a member of the planning committee of the Sustainability Consortium as well as led the development of the methods, modeling, and software to implement LCA within the US Green Building Council's LEED rating system. Norris teaches LCA at Harvard, and is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Harvard School of Public Health
