Manage National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), which develops and administers the oldest and most widely accepted certification programs for crane operators, riggers, signalpersons, and inspectors. CCO certifications have been accredited by ANSI and NCCA, endorsed by federal OSHA, and are referenced in OSHA's new rules on Cranes and Derricks in Construction (29 CFR 1926, Subpart CC).
