There's a lot of talk about how businesses should engage consumers on social media… but what about businesses that engage other businesses on social media? And more specifically, what are the unique challenges of engaging small and medium businesses (SMBs) on social media?
On Tuesday, Feb. 28, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. EST, small-business PR expert Laura Thomas from Dell will share tips on how to engage SMBs online.
To join the chat, just follow the #ConnectChat hashtag to view all updates from @DellSMBnews, @ProfNet and the rest of the chat participants. We'll start off the chat with a few questions for Laura to get the conversation going, but feel free to ask questions or add comments at any time.
