I live and breathe Facebook. While I use it for mainly personal reasons, I have found that the lines between personal and professional have blurred, so I have to be more cognizant of what I post there. On the flip side, connecting with professional contacts in a non-work capacity has helped create better professional relationships, as it helps relate to each other as human beings, rather than just vendors/clients. Still, it's important to remember that line is always there, and we have to be really careful not to cross it.
