Edward E. Graves, MA, CLU®, ChFC®, is noted speaker on life insurance products and regulation topics, he has been quoted extensively in leading trade and business publications, and has served frequently as an expert witness in insurance litigation. Graves is an associate professor of insurance and the holder of the Charles J. Zimmerman Chair in Life Insurance at The American College. Graves is responsible for developing and updating the College's courses in life insurance for the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation programs, and for teaching classes and seminars on the subject.

Graves has edited/co-authored two of the College's textbooks, McGill's Life Insurance and McGill's Legal Aspects of Life Insurance, and has had articles published in such publications as the Journal of the American Society of CLU® & ChFC®, Journal of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, and Benefits Quarterly.
