Crocker Coulson is the President of CCG Investor Relations, one of the country's leading investor relations and strategic communications firms. Using his industry expertise, Coulson has spearheaded investor relations campaigns for over 60 public companies, including numerous IPOs, secondary offerings, acquisitions and proxy contests. Coulson is a frequent public speaker and is regularly quoted in national and local publications for his expertise in investor relations strategy, initial public offerings, reverse mergers, investing in China, disclosure issues and corporate governance. Previously Coulson was co-Chairman of the AeA's Capital Sources Conference and Chairman of the Investment Capital Conference. He is currently a board member of both the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) and the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute. Coulson has experience as a writer and researcher for The New Republic magazine, the Los Angeles Times, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and ArtNews. Coulson’s diverse background also includes producing independent films, several of which were selected for the Cannes Film Festival and Sundance. Coulson graduated from Yale.
