      CPA, MBA & Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, has been recognized nationally by The CPA Technology Advisor as one of the accounting profession's "40 Under 40" and is the Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Capital Confirmation, Inc. Prior to Capital Confirmation, Brian worked in audit for Ernst & Young LLP and in mergers and acquisitions for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has been the driving force for the company's effective response to the evolving accounting industry standards. Early in his career, Brian identified inefficiencies and potentials for fraud that existed with the standard audit practice. His vision resulted in the creation of an innovative patented process, which has received awards for technology innovation in accounting. He has authored numerous articles on fraud with articles and quotes in The CPA Journal, New York Times, The CPA Technology Advisor, AP Matters, The International Herald Tribune and other professional publications.
