Beth has done everything from Journalism to Social Care, but mostly she's been an alcoholic. She's still an alcoholic, but is now in recovery and helps others to turn their lives around through coaching, NLP & therapeutic skills.
She is the founder of Sort My Life Solutions (Smyls) Recovery Coaching, author of 'The Recovery Formula: An Addict's Guide to getting Clean & Sober Forever', 'The Happy Addict: How to be Happy in Recovery from Alcoholism or Drug Addiction' and creator of the Unshakeable Self-Esteem Toolkit.
Beth speaks on addiction and recovery, sharing both her story and solutions. She is passionate about fighting the stigma associated with addiction and mental health problems.
Beth runs workshops on stress management, motivation and self-esteem.
Beth has coached everyone from businessmen to ex-offenders to drug addicts to other coaches. She believes there is a solution to every problem.
Beth's philosophy: "In life, we can use our setbacks as springboards and actually create a better life as a direct result of our challenges. I see my alcoholism as a gift, not a problem."
