      References:
Alex is very good at seeing below the surface. He has a way of giving context to what I am saying and helped me reconsider my insecurities (many of which were unfounded).

Alex has a very direct and kind way of helping me see and process my concern. He is very patient; I never felt rushed.

Every session with Alex was helpful. I left my sessions with new insights and skills that have made a positive impact in my day-to-day.
