In this way, I have brought science literally to millions of people.

      I have written nearly 1,000 articles, mostly about biomedical science. Many have been published in high-profile outlets, such as BBC, CNN, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Atlantic, The Economist, and USA Today, where I serve on the Board of Contributors. I also write a monthly column for Puget Sound Business Journal.

      I am frequently interviewed and quoted by the media on scientific topics. I have a twice weekly segment on a Seattle area radio show, and I have been interviewed on several national radio and TV programs (eg, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC). Additionally, I have given dozens of seminars and presentations.
